Long Moving and Storage , Main Road, Westport Massachusetts is an awesome team! They arrived on time for my move from ME to RI. The team of four (Orion, Ryan, Aaron and Zach) were professional, courteous, polite and friendly. And they each had a great personality! They got right to work loading my furniture, boxes, etc. They were very careful with each and every item, treating each item with respect. And they did the entire job with a smile! They worked in sync with each other and truly exemplified teamwork! I cannot say enough positive accolades about this team! When they arrived on time in Rhode Island with my truckload, again they presented with a “can-do“ attitude! Each and every box, item, furniture, etc. was placed in the appropriate rooms, whether upstairs or downstairs, beds were set up and furniture was placed where I requested. This team of guys truly did an amazing job with my move and made this entire transition for me better than I had ever anticipated. If you need to move, this is the team for you if you are looking for a professional, courteous and respectful team of hard workers! Exceptional customer service!!!

I don't know what happened in my case, however they broke just about everything that was marked fragile. I carefully packed everything. The response from management was lackluster at best. I spend nearly 6 grand and had at least that in damage.

They showed up a half an hour before to assess everything at my house started wrapping and preparing all of the furniture and protected everything right at 9 o’clock, The two gentlemen that move me ORyan and Nate Very polite young man, They actually moved my neighbor three weeks earlier would definitely recommend them to anybody never got the feeling they weren’t trustworthy, handled my stuff very nicely would definitely use them again.
