Luttrell Moving & Delivery

I have hired this company on three separate occasions. They do a great job. Always right on time. They work very quickly and I have never had anything damaged. They always offer to go above and beyond. On this last move he offered to put my bed back together. Also worked with my teenager to decide how to set up her bedroom. These guys are the best!

These guys loaded my moving truck, when I got to my new place, over half of my boxes were smashed! Broken and damaged stuff throughout! When I called, they asked for pictures and I sent about 15-20 pictures taken while the professional moving company I hired to unload did their job. And I haven’t heard ONE word from Luttrell Moving! Not even I’m sorry! I’ve moved a lot in my life and this was by far the worst company I’ve ever used! I forgot to mention the missing stuff! It seems they steal too!

Awful job. Left dents in all my furniture. Movers did not use enough padding. When I addressed it to management, they kept saying manager is out and he will get back to me. He never did. Avoid if you can, company has no compassion for your belongings. Very bad experience

Had them move a heavy safe upstairs. Did a Great job, movers were very nice and did it faster than expected.

Worst moving company ever! They packed everything so it would fall, leaving a space in the middle of the truck and all my expensive furniture was scratched up and some broken. I paid over $350 for a 3 hour load and when I got unloaded I found my microwave and computer not on the truck. It was stolen! I should have watched them instead of helping. Never use them, because they refused to pay for anything since I moved out of town. I was told to contact the Trucking company for my losses. It had nothing to do with the truck, it was the packing that fell and broke my things.
