Good local style.moving company. Always keeps their promises and understands what a promise means

Potential customers BEWARE!!! DON'T DO IT!!! M. Dyer & Sons will be very friendly and accommodating up until they take your money and then everything stops there. They don't followup on shipment; their shipping times are completely unrealistic but they don't care because they have your money. They kept our international shipment in Hawaii for 4 weeks without ever notifying us; sent the incorrect bill of lading; a shipment that was to take 6-8 weeks has taken 10 weeks and we still don't have our goods. They don't answer messages nor calls-- customer service is non-existent. They don't respond to BBB- just totally ignore any communication from anyone as they have your money. I wouldn't wish this situation on anyone so MUST send this warning. There is NO aloha at M. Dyer & Sons just horrible stress and thousands of dollars spent due to delays and inaccurate Bill of Lading. By the way, if I could give a ZERO rating I would.

Best packout in 15ish moves! My movers on the recieving side were the WORST, but thankfully Dyer and Sons did such a great job thst nearly everything was spared.

My experience with m. Dyer was very pleasant and professional. Communication was great and service was above and beyond expectations. Would refer them to family and friends.

Great moving company.. Made moving so easy. Next time moving I'll call them again
