This was the 2nd time I’ve used M-Town Movers. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Naizel and Kareeb, thanks for the help. I appreciate it.

They were supposed to be here at a certain time and never even called to let me know they weren’t coming. Ridiculous ! To hell with m town

The owner is disrespectful and unprofessional. Movers were great and moved fast but I wouldn't suggest doing business with Ed/Mace (whatever name he decides to use that day) set his workers up for failure and then didn't think it was his responsibility to make it right. They showed up an hour late with the wrong size truck and took double the amount of time. He yelled and cursed and spoke to my friend like she was nothing for his mistake . He truly made the move very stressful. Caused me to spend extra money because I couldn't move out of my apartment in time. Trust me go somewhere else.

My daughter used this company as it was referred to her by a friend. Not entirely certain they weren't getting back at her for something. The movers were late arriving, took their time with the actual move to pad their time and she was charged over twice the amount quoted. I assume that overcharging and lolly-gagging wasn't good enough for the movers as they cracked her tv as the piece de resistance. Strangely, they have ignored her attempts to contact them, which is why I am penning this review. Do yourself a kindness and look elsewhere for your movers, it will save you a head ache.

Do not use this service. They show up late, they drag it out to where theyre playing around instead of moving taking a approximately 5-6hrs for 700sq ft 1 bdrm apt with limited furnishings, quoted $300.00 but after finally finishing charged $650.00 for the additional hours. Then if this wasn't enough broke the TV and won't answer calls to avoid addressing the broken TV. Shame you can't trust people to do honest business. negative 5 stars. Disgusting service!!!!!
