Where do I begin, I scheduled my move for 1 PM, having used movers in the past I did my estimate based on what the other two companies I used in the past charged based on time...Both of which took about two hours start to finish. First off they didnt show up until 2:45 nearly two hours late, in a uhaul ( I was under the impression it was a real moving company) the movers were very personable, but very, very, very slow as if they were purposely draggin their feet to run up my bill. They damaged SEVERAL items and drug my new mattress across the pavement which caused huge holes through my sheets to my mattress, my book shelf was heavily damaged and my create and barrel chest was scratched in on both side and the leg is almost completely broken off. The damage they did exceeded the cost of the job by far. When it was time to pay the owner upcharge me not taking into account I got off work early to meet them at 1 and waited almost two hours for them. They charge a travel fee too but drive a uhaul... They said it was state law but they dont have their own trucks so this should not apply it's the same as renting your own 30.00 uhaul and finding two random guys to help you move... NOT professional at all. I will be disputing this charge with my financial institution as I was not provided the service I was promised and the damage to my items is double the cost of my move. I would NOT, NOT NOT NOOOTTT recommend!

Find movers elsewhere! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Called me 10 minutes after they were supposed to arrive and told me their truck broke down and need to reschedule for 2 days later. I needed to be out of my apartment the next day by noon. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me out (i.e find another truck) as it was the end of the month during peak moving season, and it would be nearly impossible to find other movers. The lady I spoke with said she would ask and call me back. I never received a call back, tried calling them multiple times that day, never answered their phone, and never had the decency to return any of my calls. Left me high and dry and frantically trying to find a way to get out of my apartment in time. I understand trucks break down, but to not even try to work me, let alone return any of my phone calls is so beyond disrespectful. Terrible customer service!

I had a great experience with M-Town Movers. They were efficient in loading my belongings from my three bedroom townhouse and my stuff was delivered the next morning without any issues. Definitely much better than my last long-distance moving experience that took 3 weeks for me to get my stuff. I highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!
