Dwight’s team was very efficient and took great care with all of our items. The move ended up being a lot more than they expected, due to massive difficulty getting dining room table and treadmill in and out. They took it all in stride and were very helpful. This is a very good Capital District business and all employees really prioritized customer service. I’ve moved 3 times in the area and Mack’s Moving is by far the best.

A month before I moved this company was in my building. Dwight gave me a card so I said I'll give them a call trying to help a African American business. We called and booked them. We were suppose to move out our complex but was able to stay because a 3 bedroom became available. We were given a lesser quote because we were only moving upstairs. The day of the move didn't go as planned. They sent two very young men, who I must say did a fantastic job under the circumstances. However, I heard the young men talking saying that they only had two hours to relocate all our belongings. Ok really, 2 hrs. When Dwight called about our inventory we had an extensive list. So why didn't he say it would take more than two hours to move our things. Why did he only send two workers? He is the professional when it comes to moving people belongings. So of course the boys went over the two hours, how could they possibly move all our stuff in two hours. The inventory was less than we said due to the fact we took numerous items to our apartment ourselves. Had Dwight given the men the list our payment would have been less. Dwight conveniently did not give the young men our inventory list, because he knew they would question the possibility of them not being able to move our things with only two people in 2 hours. So he extorted extra money that he was not authorized to take off my debit card. I paid in cash. My husband is not on my card and therefore can not authorize to take extra money off my card. This is deceptive at best and criminal. I will be contacting my banking institution to see what can be done. If this is how you run your business its deplorable. Please people save yourself from this crooked business. I rated this experience a 1 but in my honest opinion it deserves a 0, other than the hard work the young men did. We work hard for our money and times are hard and because you made a mistake you steal from hard working people. Shame on you Max Moving Company

I highly recommend using this group. They were very professional and incredibly hardworking and efficient. Big thanks to Richie and his crew for helping make a interstate move go smoothly.

They were very professional. They brought moving mats and wrapped all our big furniture. They were also very friendly. The best moving experience I have had.

The movers were fast and had a good attitude. The cost was reasonable compared to estimates from other moving companies.
