Review:

I didn't imagine that I would ever describe the process of moving as 'enjoyable' however, here I am! We had the most amazing experience with Main Street Movers this past weekend for a local move. I was so impressed by their kindness and gentleness and the respect with which they handled our belongings. Each of the four men who worked with us that day were courteous and genuinely lovely. I will recommend them a thousand times over. Moving can be so stressful but Main Street made it a smooth and easy day.

We used Main St Movers to move my mother from Boston to NJ. The entire team communicated with us quickly and efficiently. The moving guys were courteous and careful with all of the belongings. End of day, just really nice people. A pleasure to do business with them and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone including my Real Estate clients.

AT YOUR OWN RISK. They were super nice in person. No problems with In person service. But apparently you're not paying for conscientiousness. Or repair. This antique bench was one of multiple victims. It looked like it had been smashed against a brick wall. Three other older wood pieces were cracked or damaged. All of these pieces had made multiple moves with my family over the past 50 years. We didn't know to buy extra insurance and were offered a whopping $125 compensation. SO - you are not paying for them to actually take care of your items. EVEN if we had bought insurance, this piece (made by a great Uncle) would still be destroyed. I think we would have been better off with ' A man with a Van' from wherever.
