MAP Moving and Storage

It was amazing working with this moving company. The team of the movers didn’t take much time to pick my stuff up and they provided me with the planned budget, and delivered all my items safely and well packed. The representative provided me with the best quote and guided me all throughout the process. From the start to the end, the move went out smoothly. The movers were knowledgeable, courteous and they made the entire moving experience highly pleasant. The crew exceeded all my expectations.

For using movers for the first time, it was the worst experience ever! The movers didn't care about our antiques and other furniture, dropped valuable boxes left and right, on delivery to our new home my husband had to step in to handle the boxes himself. They quoted us one price, on pick up it more than doubled! To make up for that a lady said they could move our delivery date up a day. They didn't show up. Broke all of our Christmas ornaments and antique toys that we were saving for our grandson, left everything on our garage floor for us to clean up. They left our furniture wrapped, which we paid for them to unwrap, left trash all over, didn't know how to assemble the furniture they disassembled leaving that up to us. Scratched furniture, broke glass objects. We are missing things. I advise anyone to look extremely carefully into any moving company. This was a complete nightmare, unacceptable, and extremely unprofessional!!! Very, very disappointed!

Do not believe a word that they tell you. This company is run by complete crooks. Every step of my move was damaged by these guys. They damaged both our possessions as well as our homes. I even paid more for a "Designated Truck" because it was explained to me that my things would not leave the truck this way and would not be damaged. This then went completely out the window when they warehoused our things, smashed them, and lost some of our shipment. They did over $5,000 worth of damage to our items and are unwilling to make things right. I'm convinced that any 5 star ratings are completely fake.
