Marathon Moving

Everything about Marathon was 5 Star: the owner, estimator, packers, excellent mover Jay, and follow after. It was also a very competitive price without hidden costs. We would HIGHLY recommend Marathon.

There are not enough superlatives to use when describing this company. Number One: Communication! Every step of the way we were advised on what was happening and when. We even had contact info for our driver! He called us several times before, during and as he was arriving in Florida from Massachusetts. Their salesperson, Steve, told us everything to expect, gave advice on packing, and gave us a quote that was guaranteed (unless we suddenly added 10,000 pounds extra!). Michelle, in the office, was always there for us to answer questions, no matter how small. The men, who packed our house, arrived when they said they would, packed, loaded, and were professional all along the way. Everything arrived in perfect condition!!!

On March 23, 2020 Raldy and his crew did a fantastic job of helping us move from a house we had occupied for 33 years. They arrived right on schedule, Raldy introduced his 4 crew members and they all did a walk through to assess how to best move our household Working together as a well versed team they they were fast and efficient, as a situation might arise they dealt with it without having to search out Raldy. It was very evident he had confidence in their abilities and in turn their confidence with each others skills. All the while they were very social and engaging yet staying to the task of our move. When we arrived at our new Home carpet installers were doing the second floor, 4 days earlier than planned as Covid 19 opened up their work schedule. The guys took it right in stride and all trades people worked together so smoothly. To set up our move Kathy Keane did an excellent home visit, then followed it up with a Top Notch A Plus moving crew. I had a great experience with Marathon Moving. Previously, I had a bad experience with another company, so this made me appreciate Marathon so much. I highly recommend the team that moved me. The team who moved me were Oscar, Fab and Carlos. They are such hard workers. They didn't stop and worked quickly. They were professional, pleasant and very kind. They placed heavy boxes where they could be easily unpacked, so I wouldn't hurt myself. The guys even organized my basement. I obtained a few estimates and Marathon is very reasonable. I highly recommend Marathon if you need a moving company.

What a great group. Marathon moved my family from Quincy to Maine on 1/29/2020, 170 miles. Not only were the guys very kind, they were complete and total professionals. Our belongings were handled safely and moved efficiently. Marathon made what could have been a huge stress, a piece of cake. I wish I could recall the names of the gentlemen that helped us; we are grateful to you all!
