Under estimated, over charged, and refused to complete the job.

All I’m going to say is spare yourself the trouble and aggravation. I’ll start off by saying Big Hoss came in and gave us an estimate. We agreed and asked should we take anything off the walls (pictures, mirrors, etc) he said no it’s all easier for us to take down ourselves....they took down not a single thing to move it. Also about 3/5 of the way through they told us the truck couldn’t hold any more weight and that was all they’d take..... well we agreed you’d move ‘X’ amount of stuff for ‘X’ price so why is it our problem he over estimated his trucks capability? On top of all this, he put the wrong size screws in the wrong spot when assembling a master bed set and shatter 3 very big pieces of glass which he’s running away from repairing like a little child. Do yourself a favor use Paramus Moving.

The owners son, Jake, arrived at my home to get started on the packing with attitude. I took him into my home and he was annoyed that he had to pack. He then went into my office and starting THROWING my personal documents from a small filing cabinet into a box. I told him that I already spoke to his father, Mike, owner of company, the day before about that small filing cabinet with papers still inside and was told by Mike to leave it and they would just pack it into the truck as is. Jake started to argue with me about this in my own home. I went outside to call Mike and he confirmed that the papers were to stay in filing cabinet. I went back into my home and Jake just rolled his eyes at me and walked passed me. For the entire rest of the morning Jake was rude and was only somewhat pleasant when the job was done so he could get a tip. Now I'm trying to find my documents that were organized in my desk and papers are missing and out of order due to this individual.

Estimated 5 hours, did it in 4.5. They went above and beyond. Friendly and courteous.
