Very pleased with service they provided for local move. Assembled furniture, moved within the house. Crew was professional and polite, Operations Manager Jeremy Benton responsive and confirmed that everything was done well.

Mark 1 Moving & Storage gave us the lowest cost estimate. They were flexible as our plans changed, showed up when promised, and went above and beyond when we asked them to move more furniture than we originally had planned. They still completed the task on time and on budget. Would definitely use again.

Poor communication. Our furniture arrived 48 hours after it was suppose to be delivered causing us to spend an additional 2 nights in a hotel. Unloaders held our belongings hostage until the driver paid them additional money. Then they didn’t want to set up the beds, televisions, etc. Again the communication was horrible and the lies were unbelievable.

Good work just not enough hrs

Horrible company. The worst moving experience of my life. Damaged my family antiques and have not repaired yet.
