Hired these movers for a move last week. Long story short, I ran into an issue at the storage facility where I was moving furniture into so I was not able to supervise the guys moving the furniture in. By the time I finished up inside with the storage worker, the movers were done. I looked inside the big 12x30 unit to find that they had literally just placed things in there without any organization. No attention was put into making proper use use the space. They were suppose to correct it and stack everything up on the spot but I felt bad because it was raining and said u can just do it another day. Another day comes and the guy wanted to charge me a 3hr minimum to fix something they had already agreed to fix from the previous job and already been paid for. Money hungry, selective memory having, unprofessional talking about you been in business for 45 years that’s a lie, 45 years in business and only 5 reviews, 45 years in business with the attitude and level of unprofessional I am that u have, yeah ok. This is what u get for being nice to people and having humility. I should’ve allowed them to correct the mistake then. Situations like this makes it very difficult to continue to support black business. As a young black entrepreneur myself this is very disappointing to say the least.

I hired them to move a piano. I had no issues with the actual move, but one of the movers stole $100 out of my wallet. The wallet was sitting on the table, the guy came in with the piano bench and told me to go out to the truck and check the piano on the truck. I stupidly did, the other two movers didn’t know why I was there. I went back inside and the guy was still unwrapping the piano bench. They finished the move and I paid them but only had $20 left. I had just gone to the ATM and should have had $120. I’m very disappointed. I called the office to complain but am not sure what they will do, if anything.

Horrible. Would give a minus stars if I could. They forgot all about my appointment so they were very late. They were careless with my belongings. They broke an antique. I saw them throwing boxes off the truck to the ground. Stay far far away.

I really appreciate their service, I had much to do the morning I was scheduled with Mark Movers to pick up my 81year old mother's piano, which she had since the early 70s and a TV Stand. So it was important to me that they be on time. They called 25 minutes before scheduled and said they would arrive in 20 minutes AND THEY DID!

I have now used this company twice and I am extremely pleased with their service. These men were very professional and handled my furniture with great respect. The prices they offered were extremely low and reasonable. They made my moving experience a pleasurable one. I will be using them again!!!
