The lady who answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE! She should definitely not be in the customer service business. I was not even able to discuss details with her because she was SOOOOOO CRANKY! She hung up on me when I asked why she was being so rude. AWFUL!

Review:

Mastery Moving moved our whole house several months ago. I just called them to ask about having a few more items moved. They were booked for quite awhile, which was no big deal. I then asked the lady I was speaking with if they had an insurance policy to cover broken or damaged items. I am still unpacking boxes, and I have found many, many broken glass items even though I packed everything well. She very forcefully asked me if I had paid a deposit and signed a contract. Yes, I had. She stated that if I would have read the contract, I would know that they only cover damage if they packed the items, and the damage is reported within 7 days. I really wasn’t trying to push the issue, I had been taking photos of all the damage, and I thought if there was an insurance policy, I would turn it in. She was being very, VERY rude throughout the whole conversation. I wasn’t even going to mention it, but she was being SO hateful, I mentioned that the movers had left a recliner in the yard that my husband had to move in. She demanded to know why I hadn’t let her know sooner. She launched into a tirade about how in the 30+ years they’ve been in business, and the 11 years she’s been there, nothing like that had ever happened. I then asked her why she was yelling at me, and she said, “Why would you even say something like that?” And she HUNG UP ON ME. I am appalled that someone would speak to a customer in this manner. I am absolutely flabbergasted. If you use this company, do so at your own risk.
