I called Maxon Movers and arranged to have two statues and a few pieces of furniture moved. I was completely up front with the size/weight of the statues and other items when I called to schedule it. The movers showed up late and then told me that they had not brought the appropriate vehicle to move the statues. They told me they would be back in a few hours with the correct vehicle (they said they needed a trailer or a truck with a lift gate). AFTER they left, they had their office call me and tell me that they wouldn't be able to do the job. That they would have to pay extra tolls for the trailer/larger vehicle. When I said I understood and asked them to provide me with a new quote (I want to note here that while I was unhappy I was still polite/professional), they were rude and said it would be too difficult to provide me with a quote.

We've used Maxon for two separate moves of bulky and antique furniture. Both times they were on time, diligent, quick, and very careful with delicate pieces. Not only were they easy to work with on the day of the move, the preparations and communications with the office could not have been easier and they were very flexible to adjust to changing plans. We will use them again in a heartbeat for our next complicated moving project!

We used Maxon Movers' service 4 times in the past few years. I think that says enough about their punctuality, care, respectfulness, and efficiency. Max does not waste time and space. We highly recommend Maxon Movers.

Maxon Movers moved us from a large single family home to a townhouse while we awaited the purchase of a new home in August. With indoor/outdoor furniture, many boxes, furnishings etc. Max and Alberto managed the move with promptness, professionalism and with care. It was a hot summer day and they worked hard from beginning to end. We were more than satisfied with our experience with Maxon Movers and will be contacting them for our upcoming move.

It was my first time to use Maxon movers last week, it was a great experience Max and his team are very professional, they came exactly on time , they didn't take any break, all my stuff came on a perfect condition? Over the phone Aryans was very professional and very friendly, price are average I didn't feel they are over price not at all ,same like others but they do excellent job, I would recommend to use Maxon movers .
