May Pan was hired by a relative to pack and store furniture and then move it to another city. They misled me by saying that storage would cost a certain amount without indicating an additional flat fee of $150 for loading everything from storage. If I had known all of this, I wouldn’t have had them store the furniture or do the second part of the move. Kim was also very rude to me when I asked for clarification on the bill. Gave two stars instead of one because the actual movers were nice and fast.

A friend had recommended May Pan to me after she had an excellent experience. That was 30 years ago and have used them ever since. Imagine friendly moving men working at a fast pace and executing time and cost as quoted, with no damage ever! I have recommended May Pan to everyone I know who needed to hire a moving company over the past 30 years and the experience has remained exceptional (friendly, professional, integrity, fast) with incomparable service. This moving company is phenomenal! They were prompt attentive and professional! Not one item was broken or missing. Kim and her a staff are incomparable. When the guys we’re here unloading kept asking if there was anything else they could do to help and if everything was in order. This company is top notch and we have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so
