May Pan excels in their skill and efficiency. The good natured crew powered through an extensive move of a ton of stuff with a large percentage of books.

Unprofessional and incompetent. We decided to get a quote from May Pan. Their manager Kim asked for our moving date, which she said was available and came for the estimate. We were unhappy about a few things, but to just get moving on, we decided to book them the day of the quote. After not hearing back to confirm for a couple days, we contacted Kim, who told us the date was already booked. After I told her how she already said the date was open she became defensive, stating "well, I don't have my schedule memorized." Wow. You pay movers a lot of money to alleviate stress. Not the case here. Pass at all costs. Fair Warning: If you decide to go with May Pan, understand that they charge from the minute they leave the warehouse to to minute they come back. Their estimate of travel time was DOUBLE what it would normally take. You can't make this up. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely wonderful! This is our family's 3rd move with May Pan and I can not imagine ever using anyone else.
