READ THOSE FINE LINES ..... rip off after the initial charges they also charge you to bring your stuff down to the floor just to pick it up I can see if your going in it all the time but if your coming one time to pick it up 45$ for them to bring it down and another 25$ for the guy to load it up in your truck for you that you didn’t ask for those fees should be applied with initial payment and you should tip the guy loaded it up for you this makes you not wanna tip just a total waste I would hire another company to take it to a self storage where you don’t have all these extra hidden fees. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE SAVE YOURSELF ANOTHER 100$

Thank god someone changed the date and we get to move in on the 13th as originally planned. We are so happy that it was changed in our favor since it was supposed to be that day in the first place.

Excellent service. I called and spoke with Truda. While she couldn't meet my timeline (short notice), she did give me some great ideas and hooked me up with alternate company. Because of her helpfulness and expertise, I used McCarthy for packing. The guys were fantastic. They were professional, careful, and easy to work with. They finished the job in a fraction of the time. My things transported without a single ding or scratch. Everything was well packed. These guys knew what they were doing. I would like to add Truda's communication is excellent and she is really on the ball. She thinks things through and makes sure you're prepared with supplies and any issue you may come across (bulkhead, etc). I highly recommend McCarthy.
