This was my 19th move so I am in no way a novice. McCollister's sent an inexperienced agent to survey my belongings. She had no idea what certain items were called and what to "label" on them her computer. She input a small wicker waste basket (less than 1 cubic foot) as 7 cubic feet. Items I do not own were added to the total, putting my total weight at 3,000 pounds higher than actual weight. Adding insult to injury, McCollister's then refused to pack my items, leaving my moving coordinator in Illinois scrambling to find another company to pack and move me. Big company but huge disappointment!!
