Review:
If there was a zero, these people have earned it! Completely clueless when it comes to customer service. Won't change any delivery times even when the order clearly states a time frame, they just choose their own. No flexibility at all. They cost Home Depot so many sales!

Great experience with Daryl Flood. Linda does a fantastic job. The crew, led by Adrian, did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the work they did. They did it very professionally and politely. They were there each morning as they said they would. Very happy with this team.

Review:
I saw all of the negative comments about this company's delivery service, but they were not my choice. My home warranty company sent them to deliver and install my new washer. Ms. Tina in customer service was wonderful when she called about my delivery window. Just as expected, Jose called 20 minutes before he arrived. He came in, assessed the situation. He and his associate took out the old machine and installed the new one in less than 20 minutes! Please do not judge them on people who have only submitted one review. Jose and Ms. Tina gave me 10 star customer service!
