Merchants Moving

Mike moved my parents across the country, then charged their credit card, without permission, over $2k the price of what they agreed upon- and signed for- in their contract. He has verbally admitted he owes them a refund, but will not put it in writing and has been terrible at returning their phone calls. I will update this when the issue is resolved. Until then, be careful with choosing this company. UPDATE: As promised, I'm updating upon resolution. After extensive prompting, Mike mailed my parents a personal check. Assuming it clears, this issue is over. Will never recommend this company, and keeping the one star for all this hassle.
