We recently used Metcalf for moving to a new home. Not only did they offer the best price for our situation, their entire staff was very friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. The estimator was nearly spot on, and the moving crews were careful and expedient. I would happily trust them again if the opportunity arises.

I have used ABF with five moves since 2004. At 70-years old, however, I elected to entrust my move from Wisconsin to Arizona to a traditional moving company. I choose Metcalf because of its association with Mayflower. It was an excellent choice. First and foremost, the people were terrific, very respectful, professional, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I never found myself 'on hold' or talking to a computer. Dinette - the coordinator at Metcalf - Steve Boykin the estimator, and Nick the driver were a pleasure to work with and took the stress from a potentially stressful move. Nick and his crews at both end of the move were extremely efficient and acted like family, as if they had known one another for years. Again, their attitudes eliminated stress throughout the process. I consider the cost of the move fair and reasonable, and worth every penny invested. I would STRONGLY recommend Metcalf Moving & Storage. They act more like friends sensitive to you as an individual, not like vendors interested only in the bottom line dollar. That means everything in today's materialistic society.

Very quick and responsive customer service from both Aaron and Steve- I really appreciate their help getting a solid estimate for a challenging move! It was a pleasure working with them to put together all the parts for a bid and I felt really well taken care of. I had to use another company because the dates were too short notice, in the end, but would recommend working with them from my experience any day!

I don't leave reviews, but I told myself that this level of excellence and service warranted one. Everything from the quote, to the packing, to the moving, to the unloading was wonderful. Someone called to check-in every step of the way. Everything arrived in one piece! Moving sucks, but if you have to do it, I would 100% recommend these folks.
