We had great movers at both locations. They were very professional and polite. All of our possessions arrived just as they were when they picked them up. Our best move ever.
A great place to be professionaly relocated
I gave them a 4 stars because I did the packing. They just loaded the truck. However, the job was well done. My items were delivered on time and in good condition. The price a little expensive, but the job was well done. I moved from Nebraska to Illinois. Love it

I gave 3 stars because of not having communication until after the deliver date was past due. After my delivery was past due I REACHED out to my coordinator to see what was taking so long. I feel if I did not reach out he would not of called me. My experience was great with Josh MacCallum, he answered all of my questions and concerns about using a long distance moving company. Josh was understanding about my moving needs and knew I possibly would not be there during pick up day and he worked with my mom who was helping me coordinate the move out of Omaha. The guys who picked up and loaded the truck all were great they protected the carpets and only kept the dolly's on the protected carpeted areas. Sorry guys I do not remember your names. Ron Reed was the coordinator he seemed nice and kept me informed about pick up day after that I did not hear from him until I reached out to see when I would get delivery. I left a message with Ron in the morning and did not get a return call back, I called again at the end of the work day and finally was able to talk with him. I asked what the hold up was and he said they forgot about my delivery. Granted my delivery would take place between Christmas and New Year. He said that he is trying to coordinate a way to get the delivery soon with the Louisville, KY office. He said he would call or email me the next day. I did receive an email stating he is still working on the coordination, I did get a phone call later that day saying he thinks the delivery will be the following week. I asked him again what was the hold up and he said they could not get the coordination of other people moving in my direction and I said "so you did not forget about me" and he said "No they just could not get the coordination". I feel if the company was not getting a coordination to get my delivery by the date they stated in the contract I should of received a phone call before the due date. In the end I did receive my delivery of furniture 10 days late which cost the company $1000. Only if I had more communication I would of given more stars instead of 3.
