** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ** Things started out great. They were responsive and helpful. The guys that moved my stuff packed it up nicely, but after the had my stuff communication stopped. I was told my stuff would be delivered to a storage unit in my desired location. After over a month of no contact I was finally told that my stuff would arrive in a week. When it arrived they claimed to have no knowledge of the storage unit they told me they would pay for and threaten to drive my stuff back to Maryland. Save yourself the trouble and don’t use this company!

This is a very small company. 2 Trucks in their fleet. The movers came, wrapped up the furniture very quickly and very well. They insisted on 25% more after my furniture was in their truck. They insisted that I required almost 200cf more of their truck, plus fees for the elevator, more in fuel surcharges, wrapping charges and other nickel and dime stuff ... To include a additional 200.00 in cash for moving my sofa , "because it was hard to move." The furniture showed up within 10days as agreed. All in all with some additional insurance my move cost me 3000.00 ..So no bargain, they want money upfront and make you feel as you go involved with a loan shark. ..... Bottom line, I would strongly suggest if you are moving interstate go with a well known company like United, National, ect. and take the mystery out of your move.

I just moved cross country with them & my service was excellent. Vanessa was on point with her communication and spent over an hour with me on the phone, & walked me through selecting the right pieces of furniture to move and fitting it into the minimum. Ezra was clear & prompt in his communication for the delivery, as were the drivers. I was in constant communication & getting updates. All of my large stuff arrived in tack, no scratches or nicks. I have opened one fragile box and the crystal lamp is perfectly fine. I have yet to go through all the fragile boxes but overall I had a great experience.

The movers were fast,careful ,polite courteous.They kept us updated as to where they were and were prompt.Carefully wrapped everything.i would use them again. Vanessa the customer service was so amazing,after a previous bad experience with a different moving company we were understandably nervous.Vanessa answered every phone e professionally and I cant thank her enough.Bravo to all of you.

MidAtlantic was a life-saver for me, moving out of state with a modest budget. They were not ccellent olanners, careful and considerate movers who were efficient and cheerful. They handled all my odds and ends with care. Thank you Frank & all, it was a smooth move.
