The place is Brand new and well lit at night and I dealt with Sara Beasly and she was extremely helpful!

The online reservation process was quick and easy. The facility was easy to find. I had issues figuring out which door to actually use to get to my storage unit. The staff on site that day were less than helpful and didn’t seem too eager to leave the office and provide assistance. The code I was given didn’t work at first, so I had to call the staff and they corrected the issue for me. After that, everything was downhill, but our initial experience was a bit frustrating.

Great experience with Sarah from Midgard Self Storage in Seneca. The indoor facility is awesome! They are very responsive! Looking forward to using the wash bay on the boat over Thanksgiving.
