Getting a unit here was easy and stress-free. I am switching over from another storage unit due to moving farther away, and the switch could not have been more convenient. Ebonee helped me along the way, setting me up with a prorate before February, getting me a better rent price than my previous unit, and just being a great person to converse with. I got everything done over the phone in 45 mins, which allowed me to understand all the differences between Midguard and my previous unit. I assume this will continue through my renting period at Midguard, but what I can say now is that I am impressed. Thanks again Ebonee.
