Review:
It is not a place to ship standard freight with. Steel plates, concrete, steel beams, rocks would be ok. If the freight is surrounded by 1/2" plate steel maybe. If they destroy something in shipping, if its used, the pay. 30 on the pound. Good thing the last person I talked too before warned me.

We were charged for services we did not order. I called the company to resolve the matter and the lady on the other end was very rude. She refused to work with us to resolve the matter. I would never use this company ever

Alecia is so extremely rude. Can not give simple information about a tracking. Gave false information about the location of the item. It's ok to not know but don't make things up. Ryan ended up helping me after being hung up on and was able to track down the issue and call me back with the correct info.
