As someone who has been working in the industry for the last several years, I can say in my brief experience interacting with this company, their customer service is atrocious. I called to inquire about help with an unload, and before I could finish my sentence, the woman on the phone cut me off and said “they were swamped.” I was annoyed, but ok. I then asked if she could refer me to anyone else that may have availability and again, she cut me off and said “have a nice day.” Taken back, I asked again “You don’t have anyone to recommend?” And again, before I could finish my sentence she hung up the phone. Completely unprofessional as well as unhelpful. No wonder they average 2.3 stars

The movers have no respect for other people's belongings. They broke furniture. They are in such a hurry throwing things around. I watched the truck pull into my new place. He slammed on the brakes and threw it in reverse all in the same motion. Yikes! The older gentleman is grumpy and disrespectful. Never again.

I only had a two hour move but it was a smooth move and good experience. The two guys that moved me were very fast, efficient, courteous, and polite. My quote over the phone was exactly what I paid. The guys were late because of a traffic accident but their office called me before time and let me know. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon but I will recommend Mini Movers for any friends or family in Sioux Falls. Thanks!
