Do not use mission transportation!! Adam agreed I was treated in an intimidating, unprofessional, hostile manner and that the items missing should not have happened. This was not some “damaged items” I was asking for reimbursement. It is nothing short of theft and the angry threatening delivery drivers, refusing to unload because of my blankets, throwing items intentionally in wrong rooms, stacking wardrobe boxes I could not get down. Your response of extra insurance is not needed, only if there’s a fire or accident with truck would I need extra insurance or to use my homeowners. This is a scam!!!! This was intentional abuse and theft of my large items, neglect to check stickers, and unprofessional manner not even checking off items properly. My big screen tv and ladder and scooters were all large items, labeled, impossible to “lose”. I’ve tried for months to work with you and recently my email was blocked. You owe me $800 as promised. I hope you honor your word, as you asked me to write a review for Yelp, and I have until I receive my money as you promised!

My stuff was stolen, damaged, and lost. The worker and companies they work with are not vetted properly, definitley not a professional or reputable company from what I personally experienced. The worst part is that they STOLE from us. My move was from west coast to east coast, a disheartning experience for both me and my family.

After considering a few different companies, I chose Mission Transportation. Charles was very helpful and thorough when going over everything in my home. The price he quoted to me was the price I paid. I moved to Idaho and everything went as planned. My stuff was delivered this past weekend and everything arrived with no major issues. They packed my glass table top and I attached a picture of it. Adam kept in touch with me regarding the delivery window and their driver called me the day before to give me the time he would pull up to my door. Thank you for making this move stress free and I appreciate your professionalism throughout the entire process! Highly recommend!!
