They are FIRST CLASS! I had a Steinway M grand moved from Miami FL to Mobile AL and they handled with care. The guys are super friendly and personable! Will use again on long haul moves!! @Music From Marshall on Facebook

Review:
It took a long time to get my piano-like 6 weeks. They did an OK job transporting it. Worst part is they broke the handle for raising the bench. I went to make a claim and its been nothing but brain damage. They never called me about it. I had to call them. They had to find the invoice. I had to send pictures. Then wait. Then send more pictures. Then wait. Then I had to box it up and send it to them (at my time and expense). I live rurally so its tough to send things. I misplaced the address. Called them back. Nobody available...OMG. I gave up. I’m using a wrench on my 7 ft gloss black grand piano. They knew my piano model and should have just taken care of it. At least they should have emailed me a shipping label and UPS pickup. I’m so discouraged.

Review:
What a bunch of clowns. Asked for great detail about egress route. I sent description and pictures. Obvious need for at least 4 movers, took me and 4 to get it up there. Two guys showed up, couldn't do the job, had to reassemble, and left saying the company screwed up by not sending the correct number of people. Now they ask if I am available to receive a piano they don't have. Avoid these clowns at all cost!!!
