I’ve been trying to get a quote and get my move scheduled for the past week. I wanted to get it scheduled in advance, not last minute. A salesman called me and went to see how far I was moving the stuff. Didn’t hear back from him, I kept asking to schedule the move, he said he was out of office and would get it to me later on that day.. I still haven’t heard back. It’s unproffesional. If one salesmen isn’t going to be in the office for days on end, and isn’t communicating with the customer.. they should refer you to someone that can help you get a move scheduled that same day.

This has been a very trying time in my life with my husband in Japan it left me to do all the things we would/should have done together. Not many people know that when duty calls they go. I was dreading the idea of strangers coming into my home and taking my household items and sending them clear across to the other side of the world. I just want to thank Rudy, Anthony and Dave for all the hard work they did packing my home. They took the utmost care and believe me I was watching. They understood my need to have my beloved Annabelle with me in Japan. She was cremated and is very special to me. They marked on the inventory log with a star so that I would know what box she was in when I get to Japan. Very thoughtful indeed.... I am impressed with care and attention to detail in their packing abilities. I can't say enough how great those guys were. Rudy and Anthony just left my house today and I thought it important to let people know that there are still people out there that care about being good and descent to each other and willing to help. Thanks guys you are awesome.....
