From my initial contact with David for the estimate to the moment Angel and T left after completing the move, everything was great. The FaceTime walkthrough with David was so easy and a great way for us to discuss my questions along the way. Other companies I contacted wanted me to make a list of my stuff for them online. Who’s got time for that? On moving day, Angel called to let me know he would be there promptly at 9am as scheduled and guess what, my doorbell rang right at 9 am! Angel was professional and so helpful as I was doing the last bits of packing up, you know, the hardest part. I really felt like his priority was to make it as easy for me as possible and he did. Delivery to the new location in CT was again right on time as promised when they left my apt in NJ. Everything was unpacked, assembled, and placed exactly as I wanted. I wish everything in life could be as easy as this move from start to finish.

Highly recommend this moving company. Monroe Moving Pro is by far the best moving company I've hired. I called, got a fair estimate for my move and since I saw all the good reviews I decided to hire them. The day of my move they came on time, all dressed with their professional attire and all movers were friendly and most importantly professional. Angel was our foreman and he was great! We had a few valuables that needed extra care and all man handled all of our belongings with care. They were all very energetic and also had a good attitude throughout the entire move. The movers worked quickly and did everything on time. I'm very satisfied with their work and appreciated their energy and work ethic they all put in our move. At the end of the move, we examined our furniture and everything was in the same condition. I only have gratitude words for them and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great professional moving company. Thanks again!

This is the worst service i have ever seen. They demanded for $1000 more when they have come to pick the stuff. The quotation was taken by visiting the house. Four member family stuff is counted for total of 4 boxes in total. This does not make any sense to me. They charged me initial $250 even after canceling the deal. They wasted my time, effort and undergone lot of pressure with vacating the place and joining office at new place. I have to finally gone with another vendor with $200 less than the initial quotation. Totally i saved $1200 in total. They does not have professionalism.

I have nothing but praises for Monroe Moving Pro! There professionalism is top notch! I used Monroe Moving Pro for a move from NJ to VA. The person I communicated with to book the move was courteous, answered all of my questions, and was honest. What I liked most about this company was the punctuality! They said the movers would arrive within a certain window (30min window, btw) and they did! The moving team even called me when they were 30 min out to let me know the exact time they would arrive! When the movers arrived, Andrew was informative, courteous (he shook my hand and looked me in the eye), and explained everything from billing to packing. Again they were punctual on the delivery time kept the lines of communication open, and I think they took great care of my items. I would definitely recommend Monroe Moving Pro!
