Moore Moving Company

I can't say enough positive things about this company. We "downsized" a couple of months ago. It was a big move and a very emotional one. I was excited about the new place but having a tough time leaving the home where we raised our kids. The guys were so kind and supportive. They planned out the move, took their time, packed everything with great care and helped us settle in at the new place.

James, Austin, and Chuck did a great job for us when we moved. They were very professional and extremely friendly. They worked efficiently and quickly for us and checked in with us whenever they had a question of any kind. All in all a very good experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

Boy did I make a mistake. I made arrangements with James to move my furniture 6.2 miles. Dale and 2 others showed up at my home at 10:45 am. They were rough with my furniture. I have so much damage, and No one from Moore Movers will call me back regarding my damage. After 17 calls and an email I was able to send all to Dale who said he turn in damage report to insurance company told me it could be 4 months before the contact me. This is totally unacceptable. I have 3 beds all of which were dirty they got one of my adjustable bed frame so damaged the wood is showing. It and mattress were soiled and wet. My new mattress ( cost $5000). Had a big black stripe across it when I showed Dale his reply was the strap was dirty. My high end dresser top is so deeply scratched it can’t be repaired. Finally my refrigerator has 4 doors and all 4 have damage plus 3 of the inside door trays. PLEASE DO NOT use this company.
