Morgan Moving

I used Morgan Movers to move recently and I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to use them and I would use them again. The guys came early, on time and ready. They literally moved my whole apartment within less than an hour and moved it to our new location ( total time less than 2 hours ). I have used moving companies previously that weren't great and over charged. The guys were so professional, understanding, very careful and willing to do whatever needed to be done. ^_^

Wow! What a wonderful experience I had with Morgan Moving! The owner Leann called the morning of my move to confirm my address and congratulate me on our new home that we were moving too. The three gentlemen showed up on time with smiles on their faces ready to work. They patiently walked with me room by room as I showed them all that needed to go. When telling them that my piano was my "pride and joy" I noticed how extra careful they were with it. Thank you!! It only took them 5 hours to load up my house onto the truck, drive it 30 minutes away and unload. Fast and efficient! Im would hire Morgan Moving in a heart beat and recommend them to all my friends!

We used Morgan Moving, because we moved to Prosper and wanted to utilize a local service to give back to small businesses in the area. That was a mistake. Morgan Moving treated us like a task on a list. There was no customer service at all and communications were done through txt. Called to book appointment left voicemail, got text confirming receipt. Called to double check a few days before appointment left voicemail, got text confirming receipt. Called day before to confirm, because at this point I knew they would not reach out to me, left voicemail, got text confirming receipt. I was willing to look past all of this, but here is where the rubber meets the road. They are run like a volunteer organization, and utilizing them is the equivalent of charity. 1. The equipment is old 2. The employees do not have uniforms or appear to be part of a unified crew 3. They do not wrap anything for protection 4. There is no extra care given for any products, and they broke two pictures 5. The move cost me over $1,500 for a three bedroom house, and the previous move less than 12 months earlier cost me $645. We had no more stuff this time, but it took twice as long, and cost more than twice the price. 6. Never heard from them after the move to tell them how the experience went. My guess is they know. 7. The employees are nice people, and did not do anything wrong, but it was a long hot day in June, and management should have checked on them at some point. I do not recommend Morgan Moving. I would not use them again, and I hope they listen to these complaints, and in the future start to care about their customers.
