THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They destroyed my property and will NOT ANSWER ANY PHONES OR REPOND TO EMAIL!! I submitted a claim to their insurance company Anthem Claim Management and received an email where they DENIED MY CLAIM DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF INSURANCE PREMIUM BY MOSLEY!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF SINCE OCTOBER!! IT IS NOW END OF MARCH!! Their staff are also not truthful or professional!! Mayra lied to me and never help with compensating me for my loss!! I AM SO TIRED OF ALL OF THESE COMPANIES THAT LIE ANS STEAL OUR MONEY!!! DO NOT TRUST OR USE MOSLEY VAN LINES NATIONAL MOVERS!

This company lied, bullied, threaten & would not release my items unless I signed and PAID them first..... in the middle of the transport they reboxed my items and 90% of my items were broken or lost and they broke both my screen doors.... I have over 100 pictures of broken items.....

The worst company ever! Driver was rude showed up at my house alone no helpers until he listed that he needed help on Craig’s list. Multiple items were broken. Demand to be paid upfront! When the help showed up all he did was sit in the truck with the music blasting that my neighbor had to complain. Driver was disrespectful to my granddaughter who was only trying to help me. If they had a rating of -10 that’s what I’d give them

WARNING Very much a fraudulent company. Picked up all of my belongings on Oct 15 and haven't seen them since (11/24/19). Phone #'s don't connect, addresses are incorrect and they don't even have a warehouse as they have told me my items are in. It's a self storage company. Supposed CEO is obnoxious and very unprofessional.Yelled and threatened me. Please do allow them to turn your life upside down. They picked the wrong person to mess with.

Lost Items — if anyone finds a carry-on size Louis Vuitton vintage suitcase with woman undergarments inside...please let me know(LCEDEZ AT AOL DOT COM) How the hell do you lose that amongst everything else to take- unless you are a cross-dresser or desperate female... And they never put my furniture back together and left my couch on a sidewalk in the rain! garbage delivery personnel
