To move our household ourselves was too overwhelming. To take some of the pressure off of us we decided to use Motherlode Van and Storage. After getting about quotes from 5 moving companies and because I had previously done work with MLVS we decided to use their services. The crew as professional, punctual and careful with the contents. I would highly recommend Mother Lode Van and Storage to anyone in need of private or Business relocation. The entire team from owners to office staff, movers, drivers and others will meet or exceed your expectations.

I received three bids for my move. Les Gudger was the most thorough and professional. Comparing all three bids, theirs was the most competitive. Some issues came up with the sale of my house and I needed to move the moving date up by a week. That was no problem for them! Brittany was exceptionally helpful in coordinating everything and checking in. The movers from Mother Lode and northAmerican were just great! A wonderful experience all the way around!

By far, the best experience with movers that we ever had, and we moved many, many times in the last 8 years. Myself, Luciana, hold particularly high standards and can often find a few things that could have been done better. Well, not with this company and team. We completed the move even quicker than scheduled and moved more items then planned. An absolute A experience from an A team, an A company. Thank you for your help!

Mother Lode Van & Storage was fantastic to work with! Tracy made everything so easy and stress free. She checked in the day before the move checked that we didn’t need anything extra, followed up during the move and even stopped by the day of. The first day we had five movers, Curtis the man in charge was easy going and willing to be patient with us when we were struggling for an initial plan. He was great with the guys and set the tone for a great productive day with his entire team working hard. His crew, Chad, Aaron, Michael and Ron were all fantastic! Every one of them worked hard and didn’t complain about being tired and were all extremely friendly. On the second day I had James and Chad move a dresser that was in the wrong room and asked them to switch rooms and they did it willingly without making me feel bad. I have moved about 10 times in my life and I have to say using Mother Load was by far the best experience, most professional company I have used. They were not the least expensive but were extremely reasonable and actually it took them little less time then expected so It ended up not taking so long.

Mother Lode was very responsive when I sent an email through their website and you even have an option to send a text message, which I also did. Brittany was very polite and responded quickly via text message. Les was very kind and professional when he arrived to our house, even gave me a reminder call the day before. He spent alot of quality time with us going over all items that would be moved and things we would pack. The value for all of our stuff and size of house, was very reasonable. Our official move date is not for a few more weeks but I feel confident they will do a great job.
