Great experience! I must say I was truly nervous due to some of the online reviews. I took a chance on this company and I was not disappointed. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Ronnie was very helpful and so was the two men who delivered the furniture. Thank you Movers & Groovers for delivering my furniture in good condition. I will most certainly use this company again.

Movers and Groovers/ Moving Pros..neither of which name they choose is indicative of their ability. They agreed to reimburse us for damages, but have not received the credit nor will they return messages or phone calls. They were 2.5 hrs late for pick up and 3 hrs late for delivery. Damages were rampant and they even lost some goods or stole them. Sincerely would be very careful with using and/or trusting these people.

DO NOT USE! This company did not complete the move for the agreed price, damaged walls, floors, trim and furniture, and left a very large portion of the house unpacked. This pretty much sums up everything you aren't looking for in a moving company. It's sad actually because they moved us in the past and it was actually good. Not sure why the quality has gone so downhill. I have many more pictures of damage if anyone needs them.
