Moving By Design, Friendswood TX

I hired Moving by Design to move a Sleep Number bed that I had purchased from a family member. The original time set up to begin the move was 8:30 to 9 am. They moving team did not arrive until 2 pm. Things happen, I understand. I was constantly updated on the movers status and I also live more than an hour away from their office location. I was not upset. The moving crew consisted of Drako, Jasper and Jason. They were very friendly and moved the bed to my house in a reasonable amount of time. They did a great job. In fact, a cover to the mattress was left on the moving truck by accident. It was found the next day and Drako took the time on his day off to bring it to me. Remember, I live over an hour away so he spent two to three hours of his own time to bring the cover to me! Thank you Drako and Moving by Design! I would definitely hire this company again.

These guys went above and beyond! I had them scheduled for 3 hours and because of me it took twice that long! They were patient and careful and helped me with anything I asked for! I highly recommend MBD!!

They really worked with us during our move. It was a very fluid situation and they really came through. The guys that came out were very personable and took their time getting stuff loaded and unloaded properly. Highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

Highly recommend the team at Moving by Design. Tim came out to quote my move - with lots of big 'stuff'. We had a 4 man, two truck move across Houston that involved a table saw, workbenches, basically a complete wood shop crammed into a 2 car garage. They were able to safely move the large equipment (items over 500 lb) and the move was flawless.

I have moved MANY times, and I've hired other companies out of pure ignorance. I was shocked to see the care and attentiveness Henry and Adrian gave my belongings. I was use to my things being thrown, boxes ripped, items broken. I have a lot of mirrored furniture and these went above and beyond to make sure everything was protected. Super clean. Super professional. I called a friend during the move and I told her I never knew moving could be so stress free. They handled everything. My experience was amazing through and through, christina in the office was always so sweet and informative. The other gentleman in the office was also very knowledgeable and Henry & Adrian really topped off my experience. I will definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move!!
