The coordinating team is fabulous and thinks of every detail and keeps checking with you along the way. The actual movers themselves are very conscientious and very careful with our things and worked very quickly and efficiently, all for what I consider a very reasonable price for a major move!

I gave an honest review of damage to several pieces of furniture. The owner wanted it removed for $250 in compensation. I was hesitant to do so. Below is my amended review. The owner is not satisfied; he wants it removed completely and is withholding the money. $250 will not even begin to pay for the damage. I would rather you know the truth. He is now threatening to say my husband is not a man of his word. He is determined to damage our business in Florida if we do not change it. The owner informed us that he records all conversations that you have with him. Why is that necessary? We have nothing to hide. I see other negative reviews have disappeared. Why is that? Decide for yourself if you want to do business with this man. Moving connection changed owners this past year so older positive reviews are probably for the previous owners. There was damage to several pieces of our furniture when they packed a pod for us. At first they said they were not responsible. But the owner has been in touch with us and has agreed on some compensation for the repair of our furniture. They are reevaluating some of their procedures and communication skills with customers so I am hopeful that they will be giving good service to those in the future.
