I sold my house super fast. Had to find a mover and quick. Called around on a recommendation got a hold of Matt at Moving Packing Group. l'll start with the good first. They squeezed me in at the last minute. They even had a to rent a truck to accommodate me. I started packing two days before they arrived but was still packing when they showed up. I was moving from Anaheim to Irvine and couldn't accompany them on the trip due to other obligations. We ended up filling up the first truck so they had to get another truck, then we filled that truck and had to get a third smaller truck. They did a good job protecting the hardwood floors.They started to help me pack just so they could get on the road. There was no rhyme or reason to their packing or what went where and nothing they packed got labeled. When they arrived at my property in Irvine (with me not there) they began to unload the boxes wherever they could get them to fit. So I ended up with upstairs house stuff downstairs, downstairs stuff upstairs, house stuff in the garage and garage stuff in the house. I was going to be packed in boxes for 25 days while a massive remodel occurred. They had packed my medication into a box that looked like the other 50 boxes and could have been anywhere. It took me three days and having to rip through every box until I found it 3 boxes down in the corner of my garage out in the blistering cold. I will take some of the blame for that for not being there when they unpacked. The main problem is that several items came up missing and were never found. There were also a couple of missing items. I called Matt and he was sympathetic and responsive and promised to do something for me. I wasn't asking for much. And he had also provided me a pretty good deal. (This is why he got the 5 stars) but then Matt disappeared, didn't call me back, didn't help me with the missing items and the broken items (nothing serious, mind you) and after several phone attempts and even an email attempt I never heard from him again. Even if he had called to tell me to pound sand I wouldn't be leaving any review at all. This really is more a service email to customers. Pack all your stuff before they get there. Go to the next house to watch stuff get unpacked, no matter what. I really appreciated what they did for me and the good job they did on the time constraint. Bottom line, I'd highly recommend booking with Moving Packing Group for your next move.

Moving Packing was so helpful and gave us an awesome service! They came earlier than the quoted time of arrival. They were very professional and did everything so swiftly. They moved all of our appliances (dryer, refrigerator, washer) along with our furniture in 3 hours! I highly recommend you book them ASAP!
