Had a scheduled delivery for today from 2-4 and by 3:15 still hadn’t heard anything and decided to call and check where the delivery guys were. The guy informed me that they were finishing up the job before mine in another town and running behind 1.5 hours! I informed him that I am very upset as I have to leave at 5 and won’t be in town for a week, but was more upset that no one communicated that they were running behind until I called. I did reschedule the delivery date for in two weeks however I am inconvenienced by this situation. I will update once I actually receive my furniture.

Horrible. Scheduled a delivery for a time window that we would be in town for a week. Didn't hear from the until the day after our requested delivery date (even though it had been in their warehouse for a week) and then they scheduled a date and 2 hour time window of 4-6pm. They then called at 2pm and left a message saying they would be there early and were on the way to the house right then. Didn't there message until 3pm and rushed home. They must have come early and decided not to come back during their actual scheduled time because they never showed between 3-7pm and wouldn't answer the phone they called me from. Had to call the next Monday morning to reschedule a new delivery and they didn't have anything until a week after our original date. Here is hoping they actually show up this time..
