Moving Squad

The moving coordinator, Ryan, was the first person I made contact with for my move estimate. Ryan was phenomenal. He is patient and extremely professional. I called several times for various reasons and he also had an answer or a solution. The move itself was amazing! Anthony, the driver and our contact person for the day was a pleasure! He made our move stress free. We had 5 stops, yes 5, and everything went extremely well. The movers were very accommodating and fast. Overall I rated them a 5 and would highly recommend them.

The service provided by the Moving Squad team of Anthony and Tim was excellent. Both men were very professional in the way they completed their job. They moved my things quickly and efficiently. I would strongly reccommend your company in the future.

STAY FAR AWAY!! The service rep was great when I originally called to make an apt. to move out of my house and down the street. So naturally I was excited to move fwd with their business. Unfortunately, the crew damaged the new place we were moving in to (scratched the wood floors and damaged the walls). I gave them the benefit of the doubt to come back the next day to fix it on their own, as the guy who damaged it had promised. He never called to follow up. I put in a few calls to him the next few days, he responded that he was coming in day after day, until he just stopped answering the phones. I reported the claim to the company and that's when the mover called back to complain on "why did we make a report." Again, we still offered to have him come back to fix it. 4 months later with numerous called into Moving Squad HR/Claims dept. and the guy who was going to come fix it, the company simply never responded nor fixed our floors/walls. I figured they were hoping we would just "go away." Since they breached the contract after 4 months, I had to then get my attorney involved into the process. Moving Squad then hired their company attorney to bully/scare us into thinking we were going to lose this battle even in the arbitration. We did not falter. The day before court, they finally settled and paid for the floors and fixed the walls. This process took 1 year and 2 months after our move in date to have this fixed and settle. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY.

I have worked with the moving squad several time throughout the years; every time has been an excellent experience; I even get the same moving supervisor, Anthony. Very educated, Polite, and excellent customer service skills. The same goes for the crew; very professional. I recommend moving squad to everybody!!!!!

Could not have been more pleased with these guys from the start to the finish. Having moved numerous times, I was able to give Moving Squad a pretty accurate accounting of what needed to be moved and their estimate was very fair. On the day of the move they showed up on time and immediately went to work and busted their butt and got us on the road much faster than I expected. At the destination they delivered everything to the appointed room with zero damage. They removed all their packaging materials without request. I didn’t see any of the 3 man team take anything more than a few minute break over the whole move. When the time came to settle up I was ready for the usual song and dance where I am told why they were charging more than the estimate and was shocked that the total actually came in about 15% under budget. Top notch professionals delivering honest service throughout! Highly recommend.
