First time we used a mover. Initially we had a positive experience. However after the move, we were left with 500 hundred dollars worth of damaged items and some items were missing. Manager was less cordial when asked about the damaged items. Company refused to cover any expense stating it was the way it was packed (we have had several successful moves prior to this one). Follow up to response: It is under a different name for general security purposes (no offense). While we have not intent to revisit this experience, it should be noted to that we did reach out to the company (including top management) over several months after the incident with documentation. We did not ask for total compensation, but some assistance in the issue. This was quickly dismissed each time. Let it be said that you have some great workers (kudos to them). We wished the ending of our experience would have been handled differently.

James and Luke were great! Polite, professional and great with my small kids who had lots of questions.

Chris, Bryan and Quan did an outstanding job packing and moving our things to storage. Fast efficient and all with a smile during a hot sticky day
