The person who checked out my house before the move was not the same person who did the moving and packing. He did not tell me this would be the case which was inappropriate- especially since they movers who showed up did not introduce themselves to me when they entered my house. They lost my 2 electric drills during the move. When I contacted he driver he was very defensive and did not respond after I asked that he check his truck and with his crew They packed several items already stored in boxes and damagedy storage boxes. They packed a large empty fish tank and left scratches on the inside of the tank that impair the view of the fish. They removed a screen door to move a large item into the new place, and did not reinstall the door properly. Of course they can use the toilet when they are packing and moving - but they should flush and put the seat down. It is just rude and gross not too.

Movers did a great job! They were quick and efficient.

Rates seem high, $97/hr 4hr minimum. Movers did a good job, were friendly, and hard working. Unfortunately, they tried to be too helpful by moving an aquarium which was not boxed up. Of course it was broken. I understand that accidents happen, but when they do management should support employees by accepting responsibility. Not so with Muscle Relocation they don't care about the employee actions, just say items were not properly boxed, therefore company is not responsible.
