Just got off the phone with Cedric, a moving specialist. He put together a quote for me. It meant going through each room and saying what furniture was there. Cedric was very professional, friendly, and helpful when I had questions about the process. As a first step in moving, I am impressed. Muscular Moving will be here in 2 weeks to move us across town. If Cedric is an example of their service, we will be in good hands.

The guys did a great job helping me move. They were really carefully with my furniture and very friendly and full of energy. Definitely recommend muscular moving men to everyone who’s looking for a great moving company! Shout out to Chris and his buddy for helping me!

The delivery experience was about as bad as it gets: - Family dining room table (the one piece of furniture important to us) was broken in two large pieces and unrepairable. - Hanging mirror (wedding gift) missing. - Broken flat screen TV - Several broken glass items. It turns out Muscular Moving Men changed storage facilities in the middle of our remodel. The moving team said the table was already broken when they picked it up in storage so it must have happened when MMM changed storage facilities. I was never notified of these extra moves ahead of time and was not notified when table was broken. Instead they just delivered it in pieces with some paperwork to sign and acknowledge it. The owners showed no sympathy or concern. I was told I should have paid extra for the full replacement insurance and should have known the risks better ... but how can I account for risks I don't know about such as them moving our items multiple times without my knowledge or permission? What stinks is I knew the owner (Josh) from college and hired MMM because I simply wanted a moving company I could trust to handle my family's possessions carefully. Even with the discount they offered, this was the highest bid of the companies I got quotes from -- in this case you won't get what you pay for. I absolutely do not recommend this moving company for any type of moving or storage.

The 3 man crew sent out were a great set of movers that took care of the wrapping up the furniture and packing the truck. The move may have taken a bit longer than estimated but I appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything was wrapped up properly for storage and for the local move. I along with the care they took with my furniture they also took care and the necessary precautions during the pandemic. The men wore gloves and masks throughout the move even though it was extremely hot.

Here I am after 2.5 years . I had such a phenomenal experience with Muscular Moving Men & Storage the first time that I decided to call again. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Cederick, and he was extremely helpful. This move is much larger than before and I was afraid I could miss things on my list. We broke down each room by what was in it, and what would need to go in the truck. It made me feel more at ease that he was walking me through it. He also knew to suggest things in the garage that I completely forgot about (bikes, shelving unit). I also had no idea how many boxes we would have but he gave me a rough estimate of what other individuals in my shoes were doing. All in all a great experience yet again! And even better yet, since I am not handy at all they will be able to disassemble and assemble back all of my belongings. I am looking forward to working with Muscular Men Moving again! Besides the great customer service, I would have to say this is a very transparent company. I have never felt uncomfortable working with them. They make me feel like I'm part of the family!
