Muscular Moving Men LLC-MI

I have moved a lot.. I’m a realtor. Up til now hiring a moving company had been a nightmare. I knew right away that Muscular Moving Men was very different. They were on time, very professional, courteous, and most importantly treated my home and personal property like it was priceless art. The price was more than fair and I now have a moving company I feel good recommending to my clients.

If I could give zero stars I would. First this company isn’t dependable my move was scheduled for a Sunday 2-5pm no one called me no one showed up I even called the office. Then Monday morning got a call from a guy saying he would be at my place for my move from 8am-9am. Told me that he was new and that the office was suppose to call me to let me know they wouldn’t be showing up . No one did. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Only had a couch and a bed to move and which the two movers are claiming it took over two hours to move. I could of had my boyfriend move it but I want professionals so I wouldn’t have to worry about my furniture being damaged. The moving guys showed up at 2:30 to move two items didn’t cover the walls didn’t wrap all my furniture pieces. Only wrapped one for the picture sake.didnt cover floor or wrap walls. Was suppose to get discounted for the inconvenience and they end up charging me more and even double charged me. This whole experience has left me never trusting movers they don’t care they blame everything on the office and it’s sad because my apartment recommended them. Runnnn far away from this terrible company. The worst part when the three people called to check on how I liked the service I told them the same thing and they couldn’t do anything to make this horrific experience any better.

I used this company recently. The guys were polite, gentle with our furniture and did a good job overall in a timely manner. I just recommended them to my parents and plan on using them again when the need arises.

Guys did a good job overall. Arrived on time and used a lot of foam and tape to protect furniture. I was given 3 movers but feel I could have done OK with just 2. In a couple of instances had to direct movers how to fit furniture thru the door which struck me as odd. Professional movers should not need help figuring it out. So, overall I'd give it a 4/5 stars.

Very courteous and efficient movers. They did a great job moving us and were very efficient with their time, as they were sure to not go over the scheduled time and did not sacrifice quality of service. Thanks
