My Angel Movers

Had a pretty terrible experience with this moving company and would truly not recommend them to anyone. The movers acted so exasperated and seemed as if they dreaded being there. They did everything in their power to move our furniture as quickly as possible. Nothing was handled with care. Things were tossed around. At one point, our expensive rug was thrown onto the road outside our house and I had to remind the movers to bring it in before leaving. The movers had no interest in moving our furniture or boxes to the appropriate places in the apartment, but rather throwing them inside as quickly possible so that they could leave as quickly as possible. The bed was put together improperly and we had to re-do it ourselves. They used the wrong tape the shut the drawers on my office desk and the stripped varnish right off. I could continue, but you get the gist. Sure, the only redeeming quality is that the administrative staff on the phone is quite nice and that can lull you into a sense of safety. But seriously, if you use this moving company - you are making a poor decision.

This move was the worst move I have ever experienced in my 21 years of military service. It took three days to move three rooms of furniture plus a garage. The movers are very overworked and underpaid. These guys were expected to pack and move with only three men to do this job. On the second day I called and asked if my furniture could be moved into my home the next day (which was a Saturday), I was told NO! Even after I expressed my concerned that the mover would not be at my house until 8:30 pm to drop the furniture off, I was still told NO before I received the dial tone. This company is very unprofessional and disrespectful to it's customers. I am still to this day unpacking boxes that are not labeled and stacked in my storage room and garage. None of my bedroom sets were wrapped, they were thrown on a truck and damaged. After about five hours of unloading the truck , I told the workers to just leave the boxes and go home. Again, the worse move I have ever experienced.

Shawn and his team did a wonderful job moving my stuff from the baltimore area to PA! None of my stuff broke, and since it took less time than they originally quoted, they took the unused hours off the final payment. Many other companies have binding quotes, so this was wonderful. They did great!
