Very organized, and personable group! I really liked the virtual "walk thru" and estimating procedure. They made the best out of a very hard move.

I was previously in the military, and so had multiple professional moves done. This time, I was having my mom's household moved from central NY to MI so she could live near me. Naglee's bid came in slightly higher than a competitor's. However, I chose them because their office is well-run and communication is clear. This was the smoothest move I've ever had. Paperwork was sent electronically. From the initial visit for the estimate to the final delivery, all work was done exactly on schedule, communication was seamless, and our goods were handled carefully. Great company with terrific customer service!

I had been charged 25%, more for my auto transport without warning or a call. Also was charged $125. To pack my mattresses in boxes that the driver did not bring, and both Matt's water soiled. Ryan Marsh said he would fix it for me but he hasn't called in 3 weeks. Still waiting.
