After making a reservation with another company they never came to pick up my car when scheduled. I shopped around to find another company and found Nationwide Transport Services. I spoke to Daniel-Jean, one of the representatives and within 30- 45 minutes he was able to get my car schedule for transport. I was so impressed with his urgency, politeness and hardworking behavior to find me another alternative. He even connected me directly with the truck company that my car would be transported so I could asked any questions that I may have had. Because of Daniel-Jean I was able to still get my car on time.

Being new to this experience, I was helped by my Edward Jones broker to secure the services of Nationwide Transport Services LLC. My contact there was Luke Foster, who was very professional throughout the weeks leading up to the actual shipment of my car from the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico, from Newport, Oregon to North Fort Myers, Florida. Someone new to the process will, of course, have many questions; which I did. They were all answered in a timely manner. Important to me were the ways in which I assumed one thing (load my car to the full) and learned that I was limited to one hundred pounds. No problem. New car technology was such that your car won't lock if you left the key inside. My wife in Oregon hid my extra set of keys in a leather satchel. This meant, of course, that Nationwide could not lock my car. This turned out to be NO problem for them. The car arrived in the number of days promised. When I called Nationwide Transportation from start to finish Andrew was a professional that had my move covered. I was a bit concerned due to the lies from other carriers, but Andrew and Nationwide Transportation took charge to make my move a success. Mario was the best. First he found a transport that could pick up at the right time, and was at the target price. Then when that truck had a breakdown before picking up my car, Mario really stepped up. He found a replacement transport that was able to pick my car up on the same day as the first and the same price, but they actually delivered the car one day earlier. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thanks Mario!
