I want to thank you and the crew for getting all our belongings packed up and hauled off to the warehouse yesterday. Max’s people (Griselda and Suzy and Ricardo) were very efficient and friendly and cooperative and worked really hard all day.

Almost everything about the move was perfect. Loren was very thorough and professional about giving an accurate quote including recommendations for the pieces which needed to be crated. The MSS crating guys were awesome, professional, and super fast! Chris, the driver was beyond amazing! He contacted me the day before to verify everything. He had even come by a couple days early to see if the truck would fit avoiding needing to shuttle between a smaller truck. The movers were amazing, careful, professional on both ends of the move. Chris oversaw everything at each location. Everything arrived pristine. The only reason I can’t give the overall rating 5 stars is because the coordinator, Kay, seemed a bit lost. She contacted me a couple times prior to signing the agreement, giving me packing tips and suggestions. After I signed, she called to ask about a possible delivery date but never followed back up on it. When I emailed her to confirm the date, she said it wasn’t up to her and to ask the driver the day of the move. I had asked three questions in my email, she answered the first and ignored the rest. The worst issue was that she was also supposed to coordinate the 3rd party to uncrate items at the delivery. I guess she forgot. When they called to schedule (after the movers had already left) they told me had they known, they could have shown up while the movers were there. So, all in all, everything with the movers and driver was incredible. The coordinator was just a bit absent.
