Absolute worst service and experience I have had in terms of customer service. These people are awful and have no business being in business. I have moved several times across the country, and this is been by far my worst experience. Just moved from SF to Atlanta area, I have already been here close to 2 months and I have yet to get my stuff delivered to my apartment. They are confused, their coordinators are absolute unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing. Simple communications are completely missed, when they finally decided to deliver my stuff, they delivered the wrong stuff and it was partial delivery of what I had requested. I am so pissed, I am thinking about getting a lawyer, and suing them for all my time wasted on this process.
